You are not sending me by email or by Texting ofmy return labels that I need so I can have free shipping so I can return these two end tables back please someone help me here. I got them through Amazon and they said they gotta get the stuff from you your customer service so lets get it to me so I can mail these back you can do it from BETHBARTELS 59@***.com or you can do it by 989-245-**** thank you

Verified Reviewer |No resolution or any options. they kept blaming amazon. i have a document from them saying I will get a full refund. this has been going on for 3 weeks
I have reached out to them since feb 7th with no resolution. I did contact the AG office and will continue to get my refund.. I will never do business again
I immediately reached out numerous times to the seller as amazon had told me to do.. I also attached all my documents from them saying how much was being refunded. Which would be $102.71.. Well I received only $39 in my bank so I reached out again and was told that amazon charged me shipping for the return not the seller..
I then contacted amazon several times and they kept dancing around and said the seller needs to refund the rest.. I have over 6 tickets that were supposed to be escalated.. I did receive a message saying they denied my request for the full amount.. They told me AGAIN TO CONTACT THE SELLER..
so I did. They are useless and will not resolve this for me.. I had a return label that was of no charge, If THEY WERE GONNA CHARGE ME $69 to return it,, DO YOU THINK I WOULD OF..The reason I had to return is it was very low to the ground and my husband had surgery, he needed a higher chair. I am so upset with all the back and forth and not getting a resolution after all this time,, It has been 3 weeks still NOTHING FROM THEN OR AMAZON..I would of kept the chair and gave it to my grandson..
I did purchase a chair that was higher for him to get out of.. I really want some type of resolution or send my chair back.. This is poor customer service.. and they didnt even try to help me or give any other options..

WELL BEWARE WHEN YOU ORDER FROM THEM.I do have the documents that they said the amount of my refund which would be $102.71 but they blow me off and say amazon charged my a fee to send back.. poor poor excuse.They could of made it right or send me the chair back..I am going to talk to the AG;s office as well

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I bought two queen-sized heated mattress pads. They sent me two wooden whatever they are instead.
I have been going back and forth with this company since November 27, 2024, and still do not have the items I ordered. They won't do anything until I send back their $25.00 wooden junk. My purchase cost far more than that. Don't waste your time with this company, they are not going to do the right thing.
It was their mistake. Does this look like queen-sized heated mattress pads to you?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I WOULD UPDATE MY 10/2/24 REVIEW OF GIANTEX FROM 1 STAR TO 4 STARS BECAUSE THEY SHIPPED A REPLACEMENT STORAGE OTTOMAN AND I DID NOT HAVE TO SEND BACK TO THEM THE ONE THAT ARRIVED DAMAGED.
COSTWAY IS THE SAME COMPANY AS GOPLUS. COSTWAY/GOPLUS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR, RON R. SAID, THIS COMPANY IS IN CHINA--IT'S ALL ABOUT QUANTITY NOT QUALITY." ON 9/26/24 I ORDERED THE Giantex Storage Ottoman Cube, 15 Inches. THE COMPANY LISTED IS "GIANTEX.
MUCH TO MY DISMAY "GIANTEX" IS THE SAME COMPANY AS COSTWAY AND GOPLUS. I WOULD HAVE NEVER ORDERED THIS ITEM IF I HAD KNOWN. I RECEIVED THE OTTOMAN TODAY AND IT HAS *** IN THE TOP OF IT (THE LID). I PAID MORE MONEY TO GET THE IVORY COLOR AND IT LOOKS TERRIBLE BECAUSE OF THE HOLE.
THE HOLE WILL ONLY GET BIGGER AS I USE THE OTTOMAN.
I CAN'T SHIP THIS BACK BECAUSE I AM HOMEBOUND/DISABLED/ALONE. I LOST OVER $250 ON THE COSTWAY/GOPLUS A/C AND NOW I'M GOING TO LOSE THE $43 I SPENT ON THIS COSTWAY/GOPLUS/GIANTEX OTTOMAN BECAUSE I WILL HAVE TO ORDER ANOTHER FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY THAT DOES NOT BELIEVE IN "QUANTITY OVER QUALITY."

GOPLUS CONTACTED ME AND SHIPPED A REPLACEMENT STORAGE OTTOMAN WITHOUT MY HAVING TO SHIP BACK THE DAMAGED ONE I RECEIVED. SO, I UPDATED MY REVIEW FROM 1 STAR TO 4 STARS.

Horrible return policy
I tried to return an item thats not so sturdy and the company is charging me and shipping fee for the same price as the item!!! I am very upset and I cannot reach anyone!!!

After contacting the company via telephone and sending a review via PissedConsumer, Giantex responded favorably and I returned my item via FedEx.
A $1000.00 lift recliner was purchased for me (order # 701-143****-805****) Christmas 2022 and within 10 months the chair stopped working.
I've simply been told "NO". No assistance was offered and the dealings with their staff was very curt and useless.
I'm simply stuck with a $1000.00 chair that is not working and of no service for a disabled senior. I'm truly surprised that Amazon supports companies like this.
Giantex is a company that's in for the sales but definitely not the support that their paperwork touts. Very disappointing and expensive lesson.
I was told that their warranty was only 6 months (??) and, although their included paperwork says "Please give us a chance to make it .right and do better", no assistance was offered. Even when asking to purchase a new motor to fix the useless chair, I received only dodgy excuses and NO assistance.
- Lousy service pathetic warranty not made known up front
Preferred solution: a replacement motor (PA-42860(CN)) so this chair can be repaired. This motor is not available here.
User's recommendation: Buyer beware. I would not recommend this company...even though it was through Amazon that the chair was purchased.

Preferred solution: I need a new drive belt for my portable washer Giantex model FW45-1678.
Need instructions to fold a Giantex large, folding patio chair.
Could not fold up my chair. Called Giantex and was told to email you to request a video of how to fold.
No email came, but even though I thought I had misplaced the chair's instructions, I found them, and was able to fold my chair.
Good product! Love the chair!

Delivery not been delivered
I got told my delivery would arrive on the 15th November
But it came a day early with no warning and no tracking information.
Now it says they will try again but no mention of a date or time plus it didn't come today the day it was ment too so now I have lost a full days wage for nothing. When I my delivery coming ?
